Overview

The Aurateck team has been active in researching, team building and operations in the USA mining and reclamation industry for over 20 years.

 

The exceptional opportunities for the company can be traced due to 20th century geo-political events.

 

World war federal strategies such as the 1934 'Gold Reserve Act' shut down gold mining, in the USA,  practically overnight. In 1974, the US government took the dollar off the gold standard and commercial gold mining began to recommence.

However lost expertise and knowhow coupled with modern EPA regulations prevented the industry from regaining localized, economic ore processing facilities.

Therefore without processing capacities, smaller private scale mining cannot be commercial. Meantime the USA has vast tracts of land with some 20 billion tons of previously mined hard rock material, from the mid 1800's to early 20th century. 

 

Also a lot of rich alluvial ore is ‘stranded’ in Arizona and Nevada requiring uneconomic water infrastructure. Other sites in Colorado and California are environmentally sensitive and storage of tailings is unpermittable. Overall these deposits are generally too unquantifiable or irregular for the typical industry mining companies to get involved with.

These types of resources are ideal for Aurateck's capabilities and market strategies.

 

Aurateck's XLR program has a unique 2 part strategy to process virgin ore, tailings and low grade ore.

 

 Module 1:

 

 X100 to process the ore material onsite & extract metal content 

Module 2 :

 

X200 to produce a bio-mineral fertilizer product from the metal devoid tailing

in more detail: 

Module 1 : the X100 is an environmentally sound, mineral processing system engineered to receive rock of all grades and type. It is a crush, grind and lixification process with continuous production of metals via ion exchange. The system is scale fabricated according to specific requirements and uses well understood chemical technology in a novel configuration.

 

The system may be installed directly on a mining site or a remote industrial location receiving material via road or rail. The system will remove all targeted metals from the rock such as Arsenic, Lead, Gold , Silver etc. The quantum leap the X100 has over traditional process include:

 

  • Vastly reduces water consumption

  • Increases extraction % (90+ Au, 80+ Ag)

  • Negates harsh chemical requirements

  • Scale processes 50 - 1500 tons a day

 

Module 2: The ore tailings, devoid of heavy metals but rich in other minerals, go to the X200, A bio-blending system producing a range of certified, licensed and branded organic fertilizer products. This product is readily saleable with a fast growing market in the almond, pecan and viticulture industries and has massive opportunities in retail.

 

Overall the Aurateck XLR strategy is a new dimension for the industry, with vastly increased cash flow. Now 100% of the ore body is processed as premium high value products: precious metals, base metals and fertilizer products. All in a zero waste, environmentally friendly way.

  • This allows for faster permitting & lower bonding requirements of projects as all ore and tailings have been removed off site at project completion.                                                                                                              

  • Our team may incorporate the soil product values into a technical report:  vastly improving project appraisal, profitability and viability.
